GDPR Personal data protection
According to the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as GDPR) and according to the provisions of Act 18/2018 Coll., dated 29 of November 2017 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment and supplementation of certain laws, (hereinafter referred to as ZoOOÚ), our company is committed to complying with the principles for the protection of personal data. Since, according to Article 24 of the GDPR, it is responsible for the nature, scope, context and purposes of processing, as well as for risks of varying probability and severity for the rights and freedoms of natural persons, it has proceeded to adopt adequate technical, organizational, personnel and security measures and guarantees.
Legal basis for personal data processing
Legal basis – Article 6, paragraph 1. letter a) GDPR - the data subject has expressed his consent to the processing of his personal data for at least one specific purpose.
Legal basis – Article 6, paragraph 1. letter b) GDPR - the processing of personal data is necessary for the performance of the contract
Legal basis – Article 6, paragraph 1. letter c) GDPR - the processing of personal data is necessary according to a special regulation or an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound.
